Texas PSF makes biennial distributions into the Available School Fund (ASF), a fund established by Article 7, Section 5 of the Texas Constitution for the support and maintenance of public K-12 and charter schools. ASF payments are based on a district’s or charter school’s prior year average daily attendance (ADA).
